A smart app for farmers was initiated by (the NIC) National Information Centre. Launched in 2016 by PM Narendra Modi. It offers all information related to farming district-wise Fertilizer/Seed dealer details, Buying/Selling price, New release varieties, Crop Insurance, Minimum support price, Organic farming, and Horticulture. It also provides various schemes for farmers by the state and central government. And also provides information about livestock farming like animal health care, livestock management, and breeding.
Cropin
Cropin is a leading agri-tech company that helps in crop management, pest, and disease detection, weather forecasting, marketing information, financial management, and yield prediction. Pusa Krishi
- The app was initiated by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), in 2016 with the help of the Minister of Agriculture of the union and aims to help farmers access the latest agricultural technologies developed by the Indian Agriculture Research Institute.
